More Info on Navitas Semiconductor

Navitas Semiconductor is the only pure-play, next-generation power semiconductor company, founded in 2014.

GaNFast™ power ICs integrate gallium-nitride (GaN) power and drive, with control, sensing and protection to enable up to 3x faster charging, 3x higher power density, up to 40% greater energy savings in half the size and weight of legacy silicon chips. Complementary, industry-leading GeneSiC™ power devices are optimized high-power, high-voltage and high-reliability silicon-carbide (SiC) solutions.

These wide-bandgap (WBG) devices are revolutionizing the world of power electronics in terms of efficiency, performance, size, cost and sustainability. Diverse applications stretch from 20-W smartphone chargers to 20-kW EV chargers, and on to 20-MW grid-infrastructure systems.

Over 185 Navitas patents are issued or pending. Over 50 million GaN units have been shipped with zero reported GaN field failures, and Navitas introduced the industry’s first and only 20-year warranty. Navitas is the world’s first semiconductor company to be CarbonNeutral®-certified.

Navitas’ GaNFast brand is used to promote consumer fast chargers, with www.ganfast.com dedicated to fast and ultra-fast mobile chargers from 20 W to 300 W.
