The Preferred Customer Service Contract will entitle you to two
planned maintenance check-ups per year.



































DRAIN LINES WILL BE CHECKED AND CHEMICAL ADDED TO
PREVENT BLOCKAGES; HOWEVER DRAIN LINES WILL NOT BE
WARRANTED UNLESS COIL PAN IS CLEANED AND NEW DRAIN
LINES INSTALLED (if drain line is not of PVC pipe).

ANNUAL COST
Preferred Customer Service Members pay only one low annual fee
per standard system. A standard system includes: condensing unit,
furnace/air handler, evaporator coil.
One system                                 $170.00
Two systems                                $225.00
Over two systems                        $50.00/Each additional system

TERMS OF CONTRACT
Preferred Customer Service Members will be called by Martin AC &
Heat to schedule their planned maintenance.

Hours of services for planned maintenance are Monday through
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Check-ups will be performed as follows:
COOLING INSPECTIONS (Spring Check-up) - March 1st                    
through May 31st.
HEATING INSPECTIONS (Fall Check-ups) - October 1st                      
through November 30th.

Contracts are renewed each January and filters are delivered during
"Spring Check-up".

This agreement covers all functional components of the HVAC
system(s); however, it does not include inspection of structural
supports, external power wiring, circuit breakers, fuses, or
disconnects supplying services to the units.

Martin AC & Heat will not be held responsible for any
alterations, adjustments or repairs made by others.
