Ernest Worthman is the Principal of Worthman & Associates, the former Executive Editor for AGL’s media group, the VP of Content at the soon-to-be-unveiled AGL Information and Technology, and a Contributing Editor to 6G World.
He is a nationally/internationally published technical editor/writer in the wireless, cybersecurity, semiconductor, and other industries. He is recognized as an SME/Industry analyst for several segments of high technology. He regularly speaks as a chair, panelist, and moderator at various technical conferences and trade shows. He is also a guest professor/lecturer at Colorado State University’s College of Electrical Engineering and the editor and publisher of the Rocky Mountain IEEE newsletter.
His previous positions and functions include being a hardware and software consultant in the computer industry. Clients included Agilent Technologies (now Keysight), Advanced Linear Devices, RF Industries, QuantumSphere, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Goldman Sachs, the State of Colorado, as well CEITEC S.A. in Brazil, and others. He has been a state certified technical trainer and course developer for computer software/hardware and operating systems.
His credentials include a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and an A.A.S. in Electronic Digital Technology. He is a Board member of the 6G Alliance, a Senior and Life Member of the IEEE and a member of the IEEE’s ComSoc, VTS, MTT, and 5G community.
