Recently, PCIM Europe demonstrated its importance in Nuremberg as a meeting point for the power electronics community and a showcase of the latest products, trends, and developments in the industry. The show was a success, with 637 exhibitors (60% international) highlighting their latest solutions and innovations in the field of power electronics to over 18,000 visitors. In addition, 472 presentations were given to 952 conference participants from 38 countries.
The success of the event is reflected not only in the attendance, but also in the quality of the technology and solutions presented and the event’s positive atmosphere. The extensive supporting program helped advance knowledge in power electronics on forward-looking topics such as energy efficiency, electromobility, and energy storage.
The program of technical presentations, innovative product demonstrations, and practical application examples was highlighted with lively panel discussions on topics ranging from power electronics products for electromobility to power electronics manufacturing.
The University Research Zone included daily rotating universities and institutes with insights into the current research landscape of power electronics. This year's event was also supplemented by PCIM Europe digital making the entire lecture program available on demand to interested parties through July 31st, 2024. Content from the exhibition is freely accessible to all, allowing those who could not attend in person to gain from the extensive lecture program.
Next year, the PCIM Expo & Conference will take place from the May 6-8 at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center.
