The JMM-7000 family of dc-dc power supplies is Diamond Systems' most recent series of highly configurable, low-power embedded-computing dc-dc power-supply solutions. The family has a large number of available models and military configurations, including 25- or 40-W power, and isolation/non-isolation options, says the company.
Integrated UPS backup options are available on all military models along with energy packs that have been designed for the JMM-7000 family. Backup energy is provided to maintain stable system operation in case of power interruption.
The new dc-dc power supplies raise the bar on critical power advances, including protection (transient, brownout, and reverse polarity), overall available power options, and configurability.

SEP-7000 Energy Packs
PC/104-sized supercapacitor energy packs have been designed for use with JMM-7000 power supplies (with UPS option) and provide up to 3300 J (watt-sec) of backup energy to maintain stable system operation in case of power interruption. SEP-7000 energy packs are available in two capacities and two configurations (cable connect and plug-on direct mount).
